This year, once again, we are celebrating Soria Gastronómica, International Mycological Congress Castilla y León, a multidisciplinary event where gastronomy, mycology, science, business and tourism will come together to share their unique perspectives and knowledge in a singular, important forum in Spain and on the international scale.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to change our way of celebrating this event, but not its substance, so in 2020, Soria Gastronómica will be a virtual congress while continuing to feature renowned professionals from various fields of knowledge, roundtable discussions and cooking demonstrations with its star product: the kingdom Fungi.
