As a prelude to the 6th International Mycology Congress, Soria Gastronómica will be a weekend filled with cooking workshops for adults, beginners’ mycology workshops for children, as well as ‘mushroom trail’ excursions that can be enjoyed for free by all lovers of gastronomy and mycology. As for the congress programme, this will combine ‘dynamic workshops’ based around solving specific challenges, led by experts on the proposed topics, with culinary demonstrations hosted by expert chefs.

En cuanto al programa del Congreso, este combinará la realización de “talleres dinámicos” en torno a la resolución de retos concretos, a cargo de expertos de las temáticas propuestas, con demostraciones gastronómicas llevadas a cabo por expertos cocineros.
