Introduction
Within the programming of the VIII International Congress of Cuisine and Mycological Tourism of Castilla y León, we started a new activity with the aim of promoting young talent among students from the integrated vocational training centers of the Community of Castilla y León, who study kitchen. The Castilla y León Mycological Burger Contest, which will be held on Tuesday, October 31, and will be judged by a prestigious international jury.
